Kathie Brown, MSc, OT (Reg NS) (she/her)
Kathie Brown is an occupational therapist with more than twenty years of experience in serving babies, children, and families in home, school, and clinical settings. Kathie specializes in child development and is certified in Pediatric Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT), Sensory Integration, and Embodied Developmental Movement. Play and movement are central to Kathie’s approach to working with babies and children, and a lifetime of exploration of eastern and western somatic practices fuels her ongoing curiosity. Through the School for Body-Mind Centering®, Kathie is certified as a Somatic Movement Educator (Reg ISMETA).
Jan Cressman, MA, CCC (she/her)
Jan Cressman has worked as a psychotherapist serving children, adolescents, adults, couples and families for over 30 years. In addition, Jan provides mindfulness-based supervision and support for people in the helping professions, working with clients individually as well as in groups. The foundation of Jan’s present-centered, non-judgmental approach is informed by her education in Contemplative Counselling Psychology (Naropa University), along with many years of self-exploration and discovery. Over the years Jan has taught meditation to groups in North America and Europe, and provided individual meditation instruction to many.
