Jan Cressman, MA, CCC
Jan Cressman has worked as a psychotherapist serving children, adolescents, adults, couples and families for over 25 years. In addition, Jan provides mindfulness-based supervision and support for people in the helping professions, working with clients individually as well as in groups. The foundation of Jan’s present-centered, non-judgmental approach is informed by her education in Contemplative Counselling Psychology (Naropa University), along with many years of self-exploration and discovery. Over the years Jan has taught meditation to groups in North America and Europe, and provided individual meditation instruction to many.
Combining occupational therapy and counselling services bridges many of the gaps both Kathie and Jan have experienced in working with children and families over many years.
We are happy to consult with teachers, caregivers and medical professionals to ensure the best care for everyone.
